Tyler Thomas
Lead SCIENTECH
Tyler Thomas was the very first employee hired when Element Air opened its doors in 2020. A dedicated husband, father, and craftsman, Tyler brings a level of attention to detail that simply can’t be taught—it’s part of who he is.
Before joining Element Air, Tyler spent 13 years as a professional painter. Even today, he still picks up a brush from time to time. That background helped shape the installer he is today. Professional painting demands patience, precision, and pride in your work, and those same qualities are evident in every HVAC system Tyler installs.
Anthony personally trained Tyler from the ground up, teaching him not only how to install equipment, but how to do it the right way. Over the years, Tyler has developed into one of the best installers in the industry. In a trade where shortcuts are common, Tyler refuses to cut corners. He believes every detail matters, from the parts customers can see to the workmanship hidden behind walls and in attics.
Today, Tyler leads by example and expects the same level of excellence from every apprentice who works alongside him. He takes pride in teaching the next generation of SCIENTECHS that doing the job right isn’t optional—it’s the standard.
Outside of work, Tyler enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors whenever he can. Whether he’s camping, fishing, or riding his new dirt bike, he enjoys the adventure and freedom that come with the outdoors.
When Tyler is on your project, you can rest easy knowing your system is being installed with the same care, pride, and attention to detail he’d demand in his own home.
